The TACT project strengthens the Albanian social services’ skills through professional training and the implementation of at-risk children tracking tools in the communities.

The development and on-site implementation of an IT tracking tool for at-risk children is part of the mindset in reinforcing the Albanian social services. It is based on textbook procedures established in collaboration with the Albanian social minister.
